Clean and sanitize thoroughly throughout to include sink area, counter tops, interior and exterior of all cupboards, drawers

All appliances to include fridge, oven, grill, extraction fan, washer/dryer, microwave, toaster, clean dishwasher etc.

Clean all utensils, crockery and cutlery.

Ensure that all of the kitchen appliances are all clean and empty

Dispose of all foodstuffs or consumables and stow crockery in cupboards.
Clean Bathrooms
- Clean, de-scale and sanitize thoroughly throughout to include sink, toilet, bath, shower, tiled surfaces, counter tops, shower curtains, shelves, mirrors and extractor fans. Replace toilet rolls.
- Clean floor (mop or vacuum).
Clean Lounge
- Thoroughly clean and dust all furniture, window sills, skirting boards, dado rails, picture frames, electrical appliances, light switches and door handles
- Straighten sofa.
- Thoroughly vacuum all carpet areas, mop and disinfect all hard flooring
- Thoroughly vacuum all soft furnishings (to include other cushions).
- Damages or faulty equipment are reported to client
- Check all light bulbs are in working order, replace where necessary
Bedroom
- Thoroughly clean and dust all furniture, window sills, skirting boards, dado rails, picture frames, electrical appliances, light switches and door handles
- Thoroughly vacuum all carpet areas, mop and disinfect all hard flooring
- Thoroughly vacuum all soft furnishings to include bed where necessary.

Cleaning Specification: End of Tenancy Cleaning
Deep cleaning service that takes place when a tenancy has terminated or the owner occupiers are moving out to rent the property out.
Empty and disinfect all rubbish bins and dispose of rubbish in a suitable area.
