The equipment will only be removed when the property is dry.

An average escape of water

Call out includes vacuuming any excess water. Also included is spraying all areas with a professional anti-bacterial solution to stop the onset of any mould or and Fungicide that may grow.

Included in the call out price are visits to the property to monitor the condition of the property during drying = £75.00.

Call out to a large escape of water will be 2 men so 2 call out charges = £150-00

To Install an industrial air mover = for a minimum of 7 days = £49-00.

Sanitizing Solution = £10 per room affected

If more equipment is needed, and this will only be if more rooms are affected, the price will be slightly more

Carpet cleaning following an escape of water is an additional charge of £2.00 per square metre.

Secondary Damage.

If a property is not dried professionally using a protimeter to check on the drying condition, secondary problems may accrue.

This can result in the carpet growing mould and having to be replaced.

This could result in the loss of some very expensive flooring.

Water can creep up wall to 1 metre in height so if left for a long this the plaster may need to be removed
